Private Therapeutic Yoga
I teach weekly therapeutic private yoga classes. Together we design individualized classes to deeply nourish your body and soul. These classes can be done at your home or online. Students are currently seeing me for:

Pregnancy yoga is a nourishing movement, breath, and relaxation experience designed to connect you with your baby, prepare your body for labor, and honor your spirit's transition to parenthood. Classes may be experienced in your home or online. Sessions are offered 1:1 or you are welcome to bring a friend or partner along.
• Learn breathing techniques to maintain a state of calm during stress, changes, and discomfort
• Keep your body supported and moving to maintain a healthy pregnancy and postnatal recovery
• Learn and practice birthing positions
• Practice decision making to prepare to make empowered choices during pregnancy, labor, and postnatal life
• Accessible if you've never done yoga before
Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body into positions of comfort and ease. It directly speaks to the nervous system and helps to rewire lost connections in the brain caused by constant stress.
Restorative yoga is a gentle style of practice where poses are held between 2-20 minutes each in order to move the nervous system into the parasympathetic phase (rest, digest, and recover). Restorative yoga:
• Decreases blood pressure and heart rate
• Regulates hormones and inflammation
• Balances anxiety, depression, and trauma effects
• Improves sleep, digestion, and circulation
An essential, and potent practice to calm and reset the nervous system. This style is gentle and safe for all stages of life and all genders.
I have been teaching yoga since 2009. I am a 500hr RYT, with trainings in Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Tantra, Womb Yoga, Ayurveda and Restorative Yoga styles. I am a Certified Relax and Renew® Restorative Level 2 teacher studying with Judith Lasater, a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher through BodyWise Institute, a certified Pregnancy Yoga teacher through the Yoga Nidra Network, and a certified Birth Doula through Indie Birth.
My styles are gentle, structural, and therapeutic in nature, calling on ancient wisdom to bring you timeless healing.
