Are ready to discover, create, and stand up for their wholistic health and well-being. Working with me looks like comprehensive prenatal appointments including education, activities, skill sharing, and discussions. If you don’t know how to navigate the birthing systems yet, but are driven to learn, I can’t wait to work with you to get you there.
Our appointments will also include prenatal yoga, an essential practice for preparing the mind and body for a healthy pregnancy, labor, and the transition to motherhood. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
My clients want support on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms to enhance this transition of life, and our time together will allow for full support and encouragement.
I work with people who are positive and loving and willing to make changes last-minute knowing they still have the ultimate control of their peace to create the experience the want and deserve.

My Services Include:
Prenatal Monthly Education and Practice
We will meet monthly, at least 4 times during your pregnancy, depending on when we meet. Review the sample schedule and resources above to see a month-by-month breakdown of topics and education offered.
Each session provides education, decision-making resources, and a prenatal yoga session.
You also have unlimited text access to me where I can help you process your homework, send your resources, or answer questions that come up for you and your birth team.
Birth Support
I will be on call for you at 38 weeks and beyond to attend you throughout labor. We will discuss when the most helpful time for me to arrive is and exactly what you will be looking for during different stages of labor.
I will come with you to your home and/or your birthing place of choice and will stay with you until you feel settled after birth.
I will also provide basic birth photos if desired.
Post Partum
I will visit you 2-3 times after birth and facilitate a Closing of the Bones Ceremony for you.
Postpartum sessions will ensure you and your family are settling in well and transitioning to parenthood with helpful resources and tips.

Pricing: $2300
Price includes all prenatal and postpartum appointments, resources, on-call and birth support, all full ceremonies and materials.
If this price or structure does not suit you, please reach out. There are many ways we can work together. I will be available to take OHP JCC insurance starting Fall 2025.

A doula is a non-medical birth professional who educates, supports, and empowers birthing people and their families. Read the “What does a doula do” blog post for more about the specifics of what I offer families.

During our contract signing, we will discuss due dates and on call timing. I provide any dates that I am not available and provide a backup doula in those scenarios. Should unforeseen circumstances occur, I offer a generous partial refund of packages if I am not at your birth and extensive prenatal and postpartum preparation and support.

I ask for 50% deposit and the additional 50% due by week 38 which can be in installments or single payments. I can set up credit card payments or venmo for you.

My contract is non-binding on both ends. Should either of us decide it is no longer the best fit, we will give each other the most generous notice possible and can discontinue the contract. I will repay any remaining amount.

As an independent doula, I can attend Home births in the Rogue Valley with the midwife of your choosing, Asante Birth Center, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center - Family Birth Center, Hive Birth Center, and any other independent Birth Centers. I can come wherever you’d like me to because I work for you, not for a doctor or medical center. I will also help you discuss your birthing options and where you are feeling most comfortable and supported.
